Donnchadh McGinn, the owner of 3 Chem-Dry franchises in Kildare, was named as Franchisee of the year, in the service category, at the Irish Franchise awards 2007, formal black-tie awards ceremony in Dublin on 22nd November

The Irish Franchise awards, Sponsored by Ulster Bank, recognize excellence in franchising, and it is a great achievement for Donnchadh to receive the award within two years of opening his first franchise.

From our initial interview with him we felt that he would make an excellent franchisee, and he has not disappointed us.

In January 2006 Donnchadh bought his first franchise in County Kildare. He very quickly established his franchise as one of the top revenue producing units in the system, and in September of that year, bought out an existing franchisee in the county, and purchased his third franchise, again from an existing franchise in December of 2006.

Donnchadh has demonstrated, in a very short period of time, that he is a very capable franchisee, and we look forward to working with him in further developing his business in Kildare.

From his initial training right through to the present day he has exemplified the Chem-Dry spirit, he is ambitious, very willing to learn, and always the first to sign up for training sessions & seminars.

In the true sense of the Chem-Dry professional, he and his staff are always immaculately turned out in the Chem-Dry attire.

Since start up Donnchadh has enjoyed steady growth and has consistently added to his list of services offered, and his product purchases – both chemical and additional equipment – have been excellent.
