TaxAssist Accountants across Ireland have been working hard to support small business clients during a busy start to the year.

Figures reveal that the network had its busiest first quarter on record for new business enquiries, with the inbound sales lead team working hard to deliver several hundred leads to its franchisees.

Alison McGinley, Managing Director of TaxAssist Accountants Ireland, said: “We’ve certainly seen an uplift in new business enquiries since January and our inbound sales team have been busy dealing with a higher volume of new clients calling in.

“We launched a radio advertising campaign at the start of the year to highlight that all TaxAssist practices are open for business, and this has been really successful both on a national and local level in highlighting the services that we offer, and the many ways clients can communicate with our accountants.

“We pride ourselves on the power of the TaxAssist brand and its ability to attract new clients for our network. The brand strength has grown further in the last 12 months due to the service levels our franchisees have given to their clients during the pandemic with very positive feedback received from clients.

“Further new marketing initiatives are being planned, and will continue to be rolled out throughout the year, to keep TaxAssist Accountants front of mind for both existing and potential new clients. We are expecting an increase in new business start-ups and businesses looking for the services of a more pro-active accountant to guide them through the economic recovery period post COVID-19, and we want them to know that TaxAssist Accountants is here and ready to help.”

With 20 TaxAssist Accountants offices across Ireland, the network provides accountancy services, tax returns, payroll, bookkeeping, tax savings and tax advice to over 6,000 clients including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and personal tax payers.
